HOW TO…MAKE LABELS--ADDRESS LABELS FOR HOLIDAY CARDS--
2ND--MERGE YOUR DATABASE ONTO ADDRESS LABELS (MAIL MERGE)

Start> All Programs> Microsoft Works> Microsoft Works Task Launcher>
In second list, click on Mailing Labels> Start this task> Mailing Labels> OK
Select 5160 > New Document
In Open Data Source Box, click on Merge information from another type of file
Look in My Documents for the name of your Holiday Addresses File> Open
Type name of file in box> Open
In Insert Fields Box,
Select First Name> Insert> space bar> Last Name> Insert> Enter key
Select Street Address> Insert> Enter key
Select City, State, Zip> Insert> View Results
Highlight label by left clicking and dragging through
On toolbar at top under File, select font, size, color> click anywhere
File> Print Preview You can click on next or previous page icons to see all pages, and you can zoom in for easier reading by clicking on percent. If satisfied, click Close.
File> Print > 1-30 ( Print a page on regular paper to be sure you are satisfied.) >OK
Insert label paper (3 across and 10 down) face down, with brand icon showing.
File> Print>( It is safer to print one page at a time, thus 1-30 for first page,
